1) General meeting resolution preparation. Resolution must be filed in Estonian.
2) Submit the liquidator on RIK.
3) Submit the petition in Commercial register.
4) Delete the BOD member in commercial register.
5) Prepare financial report.
6) Prepare liquidation report.
7) Prepare and publish the liquidation on the official Gazette – official announcements.
8) Prepare assets redistributed report.
9) Apply the final deletion of the company in Commercial register.
10) All necessary State fees.
